Welcome to your Personal Mental Wellness Kit, a carefully curated collection of activities designed to support and enhance your therapy sessions. This kit offers a range of interest-based activities—covering art, STEM, writing, and more—tailored to help you develop effective coping skills in a way that resonates with you personally.
Its important we wait until our next therapy session, each activity will support the next 3- 4 sessions. Please try not to move ahead or complete the activities in advance.
During our one-on-one sessions, we’ll explore these activities together, using them as tools to deepen self-awareness, manage stress, and enhance emotional well-being. Whether you're expressing yourself through art, problem-solving with STEM challenges, or reflecting through writing, each activity is intended to complement the therapeutic work we do, making your healing journey both interactive and engaging.
